Yozoma E-Bike Teardown: Real Photos and Unfiltered Build Quality Revealed
The rear wheel houses a brushless geared hub motor stamped with a nominal 750W rating. We strapped the bike to a roller dynamometer to map power delivery, continuous wattage, and heat dissipation across sustained incline profiles.

The motor reaches peak draw within 1.8 seconds of opening the half-twist throttle. Under an artificial 8% incline load, the hub sustained 720 watts continuously before thermal protection throttled the output after six minutes. Internal nylon planetary gears run moderately loud, emitting a high-frequency whine at top speeds, but they handled hard starts without skipping teeth. Low-end punch is surprisingly strong, out-pulling the conservative tuning found on the Aventon Sinch.2 off the line.
