Who Is Tydus and How Old Is He? Everything About the Former Youtube Prodigy
By Chloe Bennett
Rather than relying purely on comedic sketches, the Talbott household capitalized on his charisma by venturing into youth pop music. In 2019, when Tydus was just five years old, they dropped "Ice Vibe." The production values were remarkably sleek. Backed by trap-infused synth beats and an undeniably catchy hook, the track racked up tens of millions of streams across platforms.
He followed up with "Super Soaker" and seasonal releases, proving that his screen presence translated into audio streaming numbers. Unlike many novelty kid songs that alienate older viewers, Tydus’s releases leaned into playful California surf culture. His visual presentation featured neon skate shoes, beachside setups, and smooth, auto-tuned verses that matched the era's sound.
These creative experiments showed that his parents recognized the limits of the Mini Jake Paul persona. Parodying another influencer has an expiration date. Establishing Tydus as a standalone musical and athletic personality provided an exit path from being known solely as someone else's miniature double.
