Inside the Chase Sapphire Lounge Boston: Photo Tour, Menus, and Amenities
Most credit card lounges rely strictly on self-service chafing dishes where eggs and pasta dry out under heat lamps. Boston broke that habit by implementing a dual food program: a cold buffet display alongside an on-demand, made-to-order dining menu powered by QR codes printed on individual table stands.
Guests scan the code, submit selections through a mobile browser, and runners deliver freshly plated meals directly to the seat in 7 to 10 minutes. The menu showcases recipes developed in consultation with Boston restaurateur Douglass Williams of MIDA. Signature dishes feature:
- Steamed buns with braised pork belly, pickled daikon, hoisin glaze, and cilantro.
- Served with blistered tomatoes, hot honey drizzle, and charred sourdough.
- Classic New England Clam Chowder: Thick broth with tender local clams, potatoes, and artisanal oyster crackers.
- Grass-fed beef patties served on brioche with caramelized onion jam and cheddar.
The beverage counter functions as a full-service cocktail bar anchored by local craft partners. The taps rotate seasonal selections from Massachusetts breweries, including Wormtown Brewery, Night Shift Brewing, and Castle Island. A dedicated barista station prepares espresso drinks with counter-service pastries, while tap-dispensed nitro cold brew keeps business flyers alert throughout afternoon connection banks.
Cocktails deviate from typical highball airport pours. Bartenders mix bespoke drinks like the "Bostonian," blending bourbon, amaro, maple, and bitters, alongside a zero-proof menu featuring botanical tonics and cold-pressed citrus juices.
