By Sophia Al-Mansoor
Q1: What was Sophia Rose Wilson's character name in Euphoria?
She played Barbara, universally referred to by her nickname "BB." Fans frequently referred to her online as the "vape girl" due to her ubiquitous use of an e-cigarette across her scenes.
Q2: Did Sophia Rose Wilson have professional acting experience before Euphoria?
No. She had zero professional acting or modeling credits before being street-cast by casting director Jennifer Venditti and creator Sam Levinson for the premiere season of the HBO series.
Q3: Will Sophia Rose Wilson return for Euphoria Season 3?
It is extremely unlikely. The third season leaves high school behind for an adult timeline, and secondary student characters like BB are not factored into the reported production schedules.
Q4: What happened to Sophia Rose Wilson after Season 2?
In late 2022, Wilson survived a serious car accident that required significant medical care and recovery. Following that event, she largely withdrew from public entertainment engagements and maintains a low-profile lifestyle.
