Paul Mccartney Tour Guide: Post-2025 Dates, Fonda Shows, and Ticket Access
Throughout 2025, the Got Back tour pushed McCartney across continents, packing sports facilities and massive festival grounds. Those three-hour marathons relied on towering LED arrays, pyro, and pristine multi-channel sound systems calibrated to blast music to 60,000 spectators at a time. The physical demands of that routing suggested the 83-year-old rock icon might take an extended sabbatical once the calendar cleared.
Instead, McCartney chose an abrupt left turn. Playing a theater built in the 1920s strips away the bombast of arena production. The room puts the band within spitting distance of the front row. Longtime touring members, guitarists Rusty Anderson and Brian Ray, keyboardist Paul "Wix" Wickens, and drummer Abe Laboriel Jr., will find themselves crammed onto a stage a fraction of the size of their usual festival layouts. For McCartney, who cut his teeth in cramped European basements like Hamburg’s Indra Club and Liverpool's Cavern, the decision honors his earliest performance instincts.
