Lyrics Decoded: Full Breakdown of the Trending 'Save My Name' Track
By Alexander Ross
Locating official credits behind viral songs has become more difficult as user-generated edits strip metadata from original tracks. When unauthorized remixes circulate without proper DSP attribution, original songwriters face complex royalty recapture processes.
For the official club production driving this wave:
- Lead Production: Hedegaard (Rasmus Hedegaard)
- Featured Vocals: Arash (Arash Labaf)
- Songwriters: Rasmus Hedegaard, Arash Labaf, collaborating Scandinavian lyricists
- Master Rights: Distributed via official Nordic dance imprints with global streaming licensing
When bedroom-pop recordings circulating the alternate "save my name" hook gained traction, publishing administrators moved quickly to register acoustic fingerprints with platforms like Shazam and SoundHound. This automated recognition ensures that when a user searches for an inaccurate phrase, the platform redirects ad revenue and mechanical royalties back to the registered composers rather than uncredited accounts.
