Zen Ramen and Sushi Expansion Update: New Locations, Hours, and Seasonal Menus
By Alexander Ross
Operating consistency remains essential as service teams adapt to expanded dining rooms. Store managers across new and existing branches have locked in standardized operational windows, addressing past customer complaints regarding irregular afternoon closures between lunch and dinner.
Most locations now operate continuously from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM Sunday through Thursday, extending service until 10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The absence of an afternoon kitchen pause allows the brand to capture off-peak remote workers and late-afternoon commuters.
| Location Node | Operational Status | Standard Hours | Key Service Feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lancaster Retail Center, PA | Open / Upgraded | 11:00 AM, 9:30 PM | Dedicated pickup vestibule |
| Clifton Park Crossing, NY | Opening Q3 2026 | 11:00 AM, 10:00 PM | Full sushi bar with open seating |
| Middletown Commons, NY | Open / Renovated | 11:30 AM, 9:30 PM | Expanded dine-in floor plan |
| Canton Boulevard, OH | Opening Q4 2026 | 11:00 AM, 10:30 PM | Beverage counter with boba draft system |
Local store schedules remain tied to localized shopping center leasing covenants, meaning holiday schedules and weekend hours fluctuate slightly by site. Customers organizing group dinners are urged to review site-specific digital storefronts before visiting.
