Q1: Did Warner Bros. Discovery officially pick up the animated Among Us series for Max?

A1: No official platform deal was finalized linking the series exclusively to Max during its initial announcement. CBS Studios produced the show independently through Titmouse, retaining the freedom to license broadcast rights to any major streaming partner based on market conditions.

Q2: Why do people search for "Just Max" instead of just "Max"?

A2: When Warner Bros. Discovery dropped "HBO" from the service's name in 2023, the decision caused widespread confusion. Consumers began saying "Just Max" in everyday conversation and search queries to clarify they meant the combined streaming service rather than the legacy premium cable channel.

Q3: How do custom roles work in modern Among Us matches?

A3: Following major community-driven mods, Innersloth integrated native roles, such as Scientist, Engineer, Guardian Angel, Shapeshifter, and Noisemaker, directly into the base game. Independent PC lobbies continue running third-party mods like Town of Us to add dozens of community-created mechanics.
