Fortnite Dc Summer Update: Beach Poison Ivy Release Date, v-Bucks Price, and News
By James H. Sterling
Is Beach Poison Ivy part of the Battle Pass?
No. The skin is an Item Shop release and is not earned through seasonal battle pass progression. You must purchase it using V-Bucks directly from the store.
Does purchasing Beach Poison Ivy unlock the original DC Poison Ivy skin?
No. Beach Poison Ivy is treated as an entirely separate cosmetic outfit. Owning this version does not unlock the original classic Poison Ivy skin from The Last Laugh retail bundle.
Can the cosmetic gear be used in competitive tournament playlists?
Yes. Beach Poison Ivy, her pickaxe, and her back bling follow standard tournament guidelines. The reactive elimination animation on the back bling is purely cosmetic and provides no competitive gameplay advantage.
