Every Major 'We Do Not Care' Meme Template and the Real Moments Behind Them
By Alexander Ross
Q1: What exact press conference did the Mike Tomlin "We Do Not Care" meme come from?
A1: The line was delivered during a November 2020 Steelers press conference addressing schedule changes after a game against the Baltimore Ravens was postponed due to safety protocols.
Q2: Why did this specific soundbite outlast other sports presser memes?
A2: Unlike angry rants (such as Jim Mora's "Playoffs?!" or Allen Iverson's "Practice"), Tomlin’s delivery is quiet, measured, and resolute. That stoicism allows it to fit thousands of everyday situations without feeling exaggerated.
Q3: Is the meme template free to use for personal social media posts?
A3: Short editorial clips, reaction GIFs, and audio snippets used in transformative commentary, parody, or personal replies fall broadly under fair-use practices across platforms like X and TikTok.
