Submitting an SMS ballot requires precise formatting. Any deviation, such as including the professional partner's name, adding emojis, or typing accidental punctuation, can cause automated filtering systems to dump the message without counting it.

Follow these operational rules to guarantee your submissions register during the live show:

• Locate the Short Code: Open your smartphone's native messaging application and enter 21523 into the recipient field. This five-digit text voting short code is the official destination for all domestic carrier traffic.
• Format the Message Body: Type only the celebrity contestant's official first name (for example, text JORDAN or SASHA). Do not include last names, partner names, punctuation, or cheerleader phrases like "vote Jordan!". The system parses exact strings only.
• Observe the Allocation Ceiling: You are permitted a strict vote limit per couple of 10 text votes per phone line. You can award 10 votes to multiple different couples, but casting an 11th vote for the same celebrity will simply burn message bandwidth without adding to their tally.
• Submit Within the Boundary: Send your texts only after the voting window officially opens at the start of the live broadcast and wrap up before the final performance block concludes. Messages sent seconds after the hosts declare the tally closed are ignored by network time-stamps.
• Watch for Auto-Replies: Carriers typically bounce back an automated confirmation receipt. If your device blocks commercial short codes, you will receive an immediate carrier delivery failure notification instead.
