Reaching the Silver Scarab requires accessing the secret route to the Consecrated Snowfield. You cannot simply walk to this dungeon; the Grand Lift of Rold strictly requires the completed Haligtree Secret Medallion. This means securing two separate halves scattered across distant corners of the map.
The right half resides in southwest Liurnia of the Lakes inside the Village of the Albinaurics. From the village Site of Grace, head east up the hill past the perfumer enemy. Near the stone wall sits a large, inconspicuous clay pot. Strike or roll into the pot to reveal Albus, an Albinauric elder in disguise. Speaking to him exhausts his dialogue and yields the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right).
The left half demands significant late-game combat progression. You must clear Castle Sol in the Mountaintops of the Giants and eliminate Commander Niall. His dual dual-wielding banished knight summons make this one of the harsher skill checks in the region. After felling Niall, ascend the lift behind his arena to the highest rampart of the castle. The Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left) rests near a ghost overlooking the northern cliffside.
