With both halves in your inventory, ride the Grand Lift of Rold. When standing on the central platform, toggle your action prompt from "Hoist medallion" to "Hoist secret medallion." A cutscene will trigger, depositing you in the vestibule of the Hidden Path to the Haligtree.
Advance down the central staircase into the large, square stone room populated by Vulgar Militia. You will see a central circular platform with broken stone railings. Stand on the landing and look down into the chasm toward the north. A gap in the balustrade opens into empty space. Drop straight off this ledge; you will land on an invisible bridge suspended above the lower levels.
To safely cross this unseen walkway without falling into the void:
- Drop Rainbow Stones or fire arrows directly ahead to trace the solid floor.
- Walk directly north across the unseen span until you reach the doorway platform.
- Turn immediately west toward the solid wall before entering the adjacent chamber.
- Strike or roll against the wall to dispel the illusory wall.
Inside the secret alcove sits a chest containing the Silver Scarab. If you continue past this doorway without dispelling the wall, you will drop down into an area infested with Land Octopuses that eventually wraps around toward the Stray Mimic Tear boss fog, bypassing the talisman entirely.
