A return driver removes the parcel during the next delivery route and routes it back to the regional fulfillment warehouse.
Amazon then processes an automatic full refund back to your original payment method. However, you cannot request an extension on the pickup deadline. If you still need the goods, you must reorder them through the storefront and select a new delivery window.
