Battery efficiency remains the lineup's strongest asset. Because the proprietary RTOS (real-time operating system) strips away resource-intensive features like on-device cellular calling or heavy third-party app stores, the 450 mAh battery sips energy conservatively. Even with continuous background heart rate sampling active, users routinely reach 11 full days before reaching for the magnetic two-pin charging puck.
