Morgan Wallen Dating Timeline: from Kt Smith Engagement to Present Day
By James H. Sterling
Following his split from Smith, Wallen avoided public relationship announcements until early 2022. That changed when content creator and entrepreneur Paige Lorenze made their relationship Instagram-official following a performance at New York City's Madison Square Garden.
The public chapter proved brief. Sources reported that the couple had dated quietly for almost a year before going public in February 2022. Within weeks of the social media announcement, the relationship dissolved. Reports cited demanding tour schedules, public scrutiny, and mismatched lifestyles as central reasons for the breakup.
Lorenze moved forward with her lifestyle brand Dairy Boy, while Wallen returned his focus squarely to national stadium routing. The episode highlighted a recurring challenge for modern performers: once private dating enters social media channels, algorithmic exposure intensifies pressure on nascent romances.
